Bob O'Donnell
The motivation behind our team. Shortly after we came up with the idea to innovate the paratransit process, we met this amazing man. He told us his story of becaming disabled and how his life has changed. He relies on paratransit to travel to all of his medical appointments and other places he wants to go.
Mr. O'Donnell gave us insight into today's paratransit service. As we listened to his heartfelt story, we able to pinpoint the weakness in the system: lack of communication.
MT4D's goal is to open the lines of communication between paratransit, Mr. O'Donnell and his fellow companions.

New Haven Public School's Director of Transportation. Teddi helped us in the beginning when we were first learning about transportation. She graciously came to school to be interviewed and approved a handicap equipped bus to come to school for us to check out and photograph.
